Apologies for the disruption. Unfortunately, the issue appears to have occurred when hiccupx logged off yesterday.

Please bear in mind that we’re based in the UK. We began working on the issue around an hour ago, at approximately 8am UK time.

We’re aware of the problems affecting both chat and videos, and these should be resolved soon. I’ll provide another update later today.
